Care instructions

All hand dyed yarns are processed using professional acid dyes, however some dyes may still bleed in hot water or upon first washing. Please always wash hand dyed yarns in cold water and do not soak. While I do use Superwash yarn bases on the vast majority of my yarns, I still recommend laying your finished items flat to dry to protect the lifespan of your item.

Items Returned Undeliverable

Items returned undeliverable will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser under the following circumstances:
- item marked by shipping company as unable to be delivered due to buyer being unavailable for delivery
- item unable to be delivered due to an issue with the mailing address.
- any other undeliverable instance that is determined to have been caused by the buyer.

In these instances, please contact us so we can invoice you for the additional shipping charges and re-ship your items out to you right away. If you choose to not have the items reshipped and opt to instead cancel the order, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, as well as any original shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are gladly accepted! Please contact me if you’d like to place an order. Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not currently accept returns, except where required by law to do so. We offer a two hour cancellation window in the event of an accidental order, after which a 25% restocking fee will apply if SERIOUS extenuating circumstances exist and we approve a cancellation past the 2 hour window. Order cancellations are not accepted for any reason once we have begun making your order. We do not accept exchanges, unless required by law to do so. Customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges in the event an exchange is approved. All exchanges or returns MUST be approved prior to sending back the order. For approved returned orders, a 25% restocking fee will apply unless prohibited by law.

Missing Order marked Delivered

If you receive notice an order has been delivered, however it is missing, please contact us. We will do our best to help you track down the package with the post office and provide any information you may need to file a police report in the event of a stolen package. We are unable to replace packages that have been marked delivered.

Sales and Price Adjustments

All sales are valid for the sale dates only. No price adjustments will be given on orders placed outside the sale period for any reason.
